What is the difference between a signature and express blowout?:

A Glam+Go Signature Blowout is our classic Wash+Blow. Express Blowouts are our 15-minute styling session that starts on completely dry hair for a blowout finish in half the time. Think of an express blowout as more of a styling session, perfect for the girl on the go. 

RESERVATION POLICIES:

We ask that all appointments arrive 5 minutes before their appointment time. Running late? There is a 5 minute grace period before we will take a walk-in. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand, things come up. In order to keep booking open for customers and members, you may cancel without penalty 12 hours in advance of your appointment time. Due to our limited availability, and high demand, we also have a $10 late change penalty for any changes to an appointment within 2 hours of your appointment time. No shows are charged 50% of full retail. 

To manage your bookings, please visit www.glamandgo.com/login or call 844.GET.GLAM. These are the only two ways to modify or cancel an appointment. Sending an email or leaving a voicemail does not constitute a valid cancellation or reschedule. You MUST either manage online or speak with a customer service representative & receive a cancellation confirmation email, without which, a cancellation will not be valid and fees may be applied. 

MEmbership billing & cancellation:

Memberships are billed monthly on the date of purchase each month to your card on file. As long as you cancel your membership 5 days before your next billing cycle you will not be charged again. There are no refunds or pro-rations of membership.

Memberships can be frozen for a fee of $20.00 (+Tax) per month. Please note memberships cannot be prorated or partially frozen, you may only freeze for an entire billing cycle.

how does tipping work?:

As a member, you get to glam+go. We'll auto-tip $5 on Express Blowouts + $8 on Signature Blowouts to the card on file. Alternatively, you're always welcome to tip in cash or designate an amount on your credit card. 

can I book the same time each week?:

Know your schedule in advance? As a member, you can "block book". Want every Tuesday at 9am? Just let us know! You can book up to a month in advance. Please remember, our cancellation and no-show policies apply to all appointments.

can I share my membership:

While we'd love to meet your friends (and there are rewards for referring them!) membership is non-transferrable and can be used by the members only.
